Replaced the the food senor and the exit sensor.
did a test print on the machine as well as my
computer. Good to go. Called Myron to let him know
and he is going to pick up the printer.

Farther than Xerox was letting me get, all we can
ask for. I let Lori know
about the situation and to talk to me if she had
questions, so she
'shouldn't' bother you about it, she can be pushy.

Myron,

Today I put in a purchase request for two
different sensors. I'm not
sure if these parts will fix the machine but I'm
going to see what
happens. I've never messed with sensors but
fingers crossed it will
fix the issue. Hopefully these parts will get here
next week.

MYRON HOECKLE's comments:
Paper Jam 0, this is a Phantom paper jam, the
printer goes through all it's warm up checks,
finds no problems brings the status 'ready',
proceed to the information menu, print
configuration -> prints 3 blank pages than returns
paper jam 0 for tray #, this does not matter the
tray if you use tray one (manual feed) it will
omit the same behavior than tell you paper jam 0
on tray 1, a simple reboot of the print causes it
to go back to ready status. any help with this
would be appreciated.
