The machine for some reason was unable to
establish relationship with the WOU domain.In so
doing I removed the machine from the MASH domain
and re-joined to the Wou domain and put the
machine in the right Organization Unit.That solve
the problem.

Can't get past the error "the password between the
domain and web station failed"  He has tried
restarting and an update was done and now it gives
him this message.
