printer drivers.

Imaging computer fixed the issue. Delivered, set up, and took back 
loaner.

Went over to try and find the problem. Spyware scan didn't find 
anything, dell diagnostic didn't detect any hardware issues. 
Problem is likely with windows. 

Made arrangements to re-image computer tomorrow morning.

Computer running really really slow. She has
noticed a problem since she opened a link from a
student that was weird.  She has tried restarting,
and gets a warning about computer not recognizing
her username.  The computer takes about 10mins to
run anything and everything is slow--Word and
internet, ect. 

She is in her office 2 to 5.  Tomorrow she is
around all day.
