The cause of the machine freezing. I realize that
the device connected to the system unit that both
the keyboard and mouse connected to was faulty.I
reconnected the keyboard and mouse to the system
unit and it work fine.

She has a computer in ED 217 that has froze on
her. She tried the control, ALT, Delete method and
nothing happen. She is having presentations right
now in that class and needs the computer for it.
