Shandelle Plasker	Aug 23, 2013 02:43 PM	**This is an email** Anna Hernandez 2:15 PM (26 minutes ago) to UCS, Ruby I am not able to connect to Remote desktop. this is what it says when I try: Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons: 1) Remote access to the server is not enabled 2) The remote computer is turned off 3) The remote computer is not available on the network Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and the remote access is enabled. Could someone help me get this fixed? :) My computer number is 20090553 and I am in WUC 212E. Thank you, Anna	Add Attachment
