Good morning,

One of the thin client machines in the hallway
outside our office hasn't been working for awhile
now.  The machine # is 20040903[Edit Inv].  On the screen is
a message bouncing around that says:

Sun Microsystems
Check Signal Cable
External Video Source

We've tried unplugging the cords and plugging them
back in per previous guidance but each time this
message just comes back.  We can't seem to get to
a log-in screen or any other screen except this
message.

What should we try next or should someone come try
to fix it?
