Katie Halvorson	Aug 28, 2013 01:23 PM	When she tries to log onto Banner, it tells her to update Java and she goes to the links and tries everything to download the ones listed. She went to her plug ins and tried to change those, and it asks to ask to update or don't ever activate. She can't get past any of the messages. Java platform 6 and Java deployment kit, both won't update. It just never goes anywhere. She tried restarting and still same messages. She will be in the front desk area of ODS till 5 today. 88250	Add Attachment
