Outlook was set to "Work Offline". Changed it back to normal and 
then helped her set up a couple of printers.

When she gets on outlook, the new messages aren't
there unless she hits the send/receive button.  I
had her try the connector and she said it didn't
help.  When she does hit the button, everything
comes in fine but she wants to know how to just
have her inbox full of unread.

She is in her office till 5 today and tomorrow she
is out till late afternoon.
