windows 7.

When she came in this morning she started up her
computer and her desktop is all different and
software and internet aren't working properly. 
Things are outlined funny and words aren't showing
up.  The log in screen is also really odd. 
Everywhere she goes to works, it all just looks
funny.  And it takes a long time for things to
load.  She has tried restarting already.

She will be in her office till 330 today.
