It had both, but when naming the folder they included @ in the name, which windows doesn't allow. Excluding @ worked fine.	Add Attachment

Katie Halvorson	Aug 29, 2013 01:29 PM	When he got his computer updated, a software was not added back on and he would like that on his computer. Data Project-Data Video is the name of the software. It is a free download but he would like a later version of the software (2007). They have a key that went through purchase request to use the software but he need the free download done on his computer again. He will be in his office till 3 today.	Add Attachment
