Went over to print shop with Craig. It looks like it needs new 
toner. Talked to Megan and she had the same thoughts about 
the issue, but added that it might need a new maintenance kit as 
well because it might be old. I just checked the service requests 
for the printer and it looks like there hasn't been any work done 
on it since its installation in 2007.

Print shop open 8-5 and anyone can help with the
issue.

Whenever they go to print, the header that is
supposed to be at the top, prints on the jobs 3
times.  It keeps repeating the label they have on
the print jobs.  It is the printer in the print
shop.  It happens on every print job.
