Drive was DVD-ROM, so it was unable to burn cds. Checked PDR 
for one that would fit in the tower, but the Optiplex 760 
minitower uses a different form factor. Also had no external dvd 
burner that he could use. They are able to send the data to 
another computer and burn it to a cd on that machine. Not much 
we can do about it right now.

They have burned CD/DVDs before on this machine
but now it isn't working.  The disc can be read
but not burned on.  They have tried 3 different
discs so far and still having problems.  It keeps
saying please insert a disc and nothing is working.

Right across front desk in PP.  Available to get
to at anytime before 430.
