Jared Petersen	Sep 03, 2013 02:23 PM	Took a look at it. Really poor print quality; everything is faded and splotchy. The ink also comes off of the page and onto your hands as a powdery substance as well. Needs a maintenance kit and maybe some toner. Maintenance kit at 17%, not sure about toner status. It's running cleaning process right now, just for the heck of it.	Add Attachment
Katie Halvorson	Sep 03, 2013 09:49 AM	When she tries to do a print job to lightyear, it prints the text twice on one page. It isn't one full page, it is like 2 pages on one print job. She was told to report the issue but she is the contact. BO-lightyear in AD101 and available for anyone to get to.	Add Attachment
