necessary setup. Return the Laptop to Tricia as
indicated in the service request.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A Dell laptop needs to be re-imaged with 
Windows 7 Pro and Microsoft Office 2010 and returned to Tricia in 
ITC 009. The WOU # is 20100750[Edit Inv]. The laptop is in a black case on 
the shelves across from the restroom in ITC 009.
