The issue was the driver that support window XP
wasn't setup for the Xeror printer. I spoke with
Lori regarding this task and she was able to
assign the right driver that support window XP.Now
the machine works fine.

When he tries to connect to HUM-3 he gets an error
that says it cannot connect.  He tries restarting
and still same message.  Status bar just keeps
going and nothing happening after awhile.  It is a
newer printer and he hasn't been connected to it
before.  I tried connecting to it and had no
problems, it seems to be from his computer only.

HUM-3 is the printer.

He is in and out all day but he will leave door
open for someone to stop by today.
