There didn't seem to be an issue with the printer. 

The problem is likely with an individual computer. Kathy was 
using Bart to connect to that printer, so I showed Kathy how to 
change over to Krusty. The individual having the issue was not 
in, hopefully switching them over to Krusty will solve the issue.

Hi there,
I found an ancient barcode on the top that is very
tough to read.  I believe the WOU number is
20031276[Edit Inv].  After Dr. Zygmont said he was having
trouble, I turned the printer off and on again and
a whole bunch of stuff printed...in the middle, it
put out 3 blank pages at once.  Dr. Zygmont said
the print jobs had been sitting there a long time.
 I myself have been able to send stuff up to print
there today (just tested a couple of pages).  I am
just concerned because I understand there have
been problems in the past with this one, and if we
are starting to have problems it would be great to
get them resolved before everyone returns to
campus and starts really using it.

I just got word from one of our faculty members
that BU-Greenspan, a printer in WH  207, is not
printing.  It is a HP Laserjet 4200n printer.  I
am not sure what other information you need.  I
have a note from Dianna Hewitt that said you had
added a maintenance kit last winter.
I am the contact person for this, since I am
usually the only one here right now.
