She would like her Firefox uninstalled and
reinstalled without the Ad tool bar that is
getting in her way.  She doesn't know much about
computers and would like it to be gone.  She
wasn't sure how to explain it so I'm not sure what
all she might have you do.  

She is in her office till 1 and back at 3 today.
