LDC is fixed.  Called and left a voicemail for amy
Amy letting her know she can pick up her laptop at
our SRD or she can call to have a technician
deliver it.

Went over and grabbed the laptop and replaced it with a loaner. 
Lori now has it until we can order a replacement LCD.

Was over there yesterday. She was not familiar with the H: drive 
and was worried about her data being lost in the process of 
fixing the screen, so I had her copy everything over to her 
network drive yesterday. It was 211 GB total with an estimated 
time of 9 hours and 30 minutes, so we arranged to have me 
come pick it up from her receptionist today (9/13) and work on 
it. I will go pick it up in a few minutes for troubleshooting and 
will leave a loaner laptop with the receptionist or in the contact's 
office.

Hi there,


My laptop's monitor is not working but I am able
to use the computer with an external monitor. 
This is what I am doing now but it prevents me
from traveling with my laptop.  Last night, I had
to work at home and had to connect my laptop to an
external monitor.

Please develop a service ticket for this.  By the
way, this laptop has had several monitor related
problems.
