Fixed this earlier by finding the proper IP and setting it as the static 
IP on the printer.

Checked it out. Turns out, it isn't pulling the proper IP address, 
just like some of the printers we've dealt with in the past in NS. 
The IP address it's pulling instead is 169.254.98 with a subnet of 
255.255.0.0 . I will need to have someone who can look at 
Krusty let me know what IP address it needs to be so that I can 
set it up as a Static IP.

Hi Help Desk Rep,

Xerox Phaser 4600 Printer ID # 20120900[Edit Inv] is having
problems this morning (does it not like Friday the
13th?).

The display shows "DHCP Server Error and Auto IP
is working".
On my computer is shows "Media Tray Empty".

I have turned the printer and the computer off/on
hoping that would re-set everything but no luck.
