H drive would unmount at seemingly random intervals, and 
always overnight. I unmounted and remounted H drive, set it to 
start automatically at login. 

Also got the MAC address and network port at Dyl's request, may 
need that info in case my fix didn't work.

As you know, there are meetings this week for faculty.  I am in 
and out of the office.  I'm here this afternoon (Monday) until 
around 4PM.  The H drive problem is intermittent.  Obviously, I 
can't make it happen on demand.

Called, was going to leave voicemail but his outgoing message said 
that email was the best way to contact him. Sent an email asking 
when we might be able to take a look at the computer.

He has been having issues with his H drive every
morning and sometimes in the afternoon. He always
has to re-boot his H drive to get access to it.He
would like someone to come check out what is wrong
with it. He would like to be contacted either
email or phone. He also does not have set times
that he will be here through out the week.
