Talked to Tricia,  computer is not eligible for GFA. She referred 
me to Richard who has computers owned by SHCC at his desk. 
Found a replacement, but will need to reimage and probably 
dban before delivery. Left a voicemail updating them about the 
situation, and to find out if there are any files or programs that 
need to be put on the replacement computer.

Getting a blinking 3 when I try to power it on. Likely a bad power 
supply.

Her computer turns on and then shuts off with a
orange color on her power.  She tries holding it
down for 10seconds and never actually turns on.  I
had her check the power supply and there is no
green light to the power supply.

She may not be around but if we have keys, anyone
can come look.  She will be around till 9 today.
