The charger was not for her machine.  AppleCare

She came in this morning and wanted to check on
the status. I let her charge up a little because
she has no loaner either.

We got a charger somewhat randomly in the mail last week that was 
apparently ordered under Joanie's name. This may be the new 
charger in question. Will need to talk to Tricia to figure out the 
status on this.

Her charger is not charging her computer.  She
brought it in here and I have it up front at SRD.
 Tricia and Bill are working on a loaner charger
for her but her computer is still under warranty
for a new charger.
