Check the office they had problems adding the
printer called RRCD on the Mac machine. Walk them
through the process of adding printer on Mac
machine.Now machine prints fine.

Hi there,

Yes, I need printer access to Phaser 4510DT and
RRCD-Xerox. Right now I have no printer set up,
and could really use access to these. My office is
ED 230 and my computer is the PC (there is a mac
on the other side of the room, but that's my
office mate's).

It'd be great if we could schedule a time so I can
be sure to be here. I'll be here tomorrow morning
from 8 to 11.

Looks like he tried calling and it wouldn't let
him leave a voice mail.  Is there anything I can
