When he tries to use the software on his account,
it says application has encountered a problem and
needs to close and he can never get on it.

Computer has scoreboard software that only works
correctly under an old staffs log in.  He would
also like the log in to be under his info now, but
the software to be working correctly.

DSTI is the scoreboard software.
