Computer would not connect to the internet. Plugging cord into 
different network port solved the problem. Other computer in the 
room was able to keep network access in the original port that 
didn't seem to work.

The machine she uses to create the ID cards is no
longer connected to the internet. She noticed it
yesterday and today and would like someone to come
get it back on the internet.
