Went over and saw the library attendant replicate the problem for 
me. Printer/Krusty fixed itself randomly in front of Dyl and I. No 
idea what happened, but works now.

Error "error time out" on HL-librarycommunityuser
keeps coming up and backing up print jobs and
printing at random times.  They have tried
restarting the printer and still does same thing.
 Multiple users having same issue.

Printer is at info desk in library
