Check her office to find out the problem with the
printer. We both tested the printer for some
reason it just works fine.

When she prints on the printer she was getting 
white lines. She did the automatic cleaning on 
the printerand now it has more white lines and 
mismatched color lines. 

It is not showing an error message.
