Megan Thibeault	Sep 25, 2013 10:29 AM	Checked on her remote scan feature. Did a restart of her machine and power cycled the scanner. It seemed to be an medicat issue. She emailed in and they called her. Medicat is working on finding a solution for her. Nothing more we can do for her.	Add Attachment

After this she tried to scan again and the scanner kept freezing on the page were it asks you to scan. She is available 8AM-5PM	Add Attachment
