Imaged new computer, took over and set up new computer and 
monitor. She wanted to keep the monitor she already had.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A Dell computer and monitor need to be setup 
and delivered to Jody Jones in APSC 408. The WOU # of the new 
computer is 20110898[Edit Inv] and the new monitor is 20111015[Edit Inv]. The old 
computer is 20090563[Edit Inv] and the old monitor is 20090640[Edit Inv].  The 
equipment is located on the GFA shelf in the hallway.

Took over a loaner and grabbed the computer with the bad power 
supply.

She turned her computer on this morning and it
made a loud static noise and won't turn on now. 
She has unplugged and tried restarting and the
monitor comes on but nothing from the computer.
There is no green light next to the power source
in the back of the tower.

She will be at her desk all day.
