The reason that Microsoft outlook couldn't sync
with gmail was because I was using Internet
explorer. Switching to another browser solve the
problem.

She also lost all of her networked printers and
network and no preferences are back.  She has also
tried restarting and still same issue.

Outlook still won't sync on this machine.  She is
around all day.

The Dell Latitude laptop had some issue with some
of the system files been corrupt, that stop it
from loading windows.Solving the problem I had to
re image the machine and do the necessary systems
update.Machine work just fine.

After she turns on the computer, just a black
screen appears.  She can't get past the screen and
has tried restarting as well.  It is all plugged
in and has full battery.  She can see cursor arrow.

Tomorrow she is around 10-2.  You can come in
earlier if you'd like.
