The machine had some issue with java. I
uninstalled the current version of java on the
system and reinstalled the right version of java
that support banner.

Needs computer working for fee payment that starts
soon.  It is having issues with Banner and they
need that available.  It is a computer behind the
desk that they have set up just for fee payment.
