Printer is printing from tray 2 but not 1. Tricia
is getting them information on purchasing a new
machine. Closing this ticket since there isn't
anything else I can do with this printer.

replaced the part, still having issues with
printing from the 1st tray. They want get a new
machine.

There was an issue on krusty that was selecting
colored paper instead of plain paper. I called Deb
and she is going to do a restart and a test job.

Deb called to say that the problem hasn't been
fixed.  After the tech (we think Megan) left, it
went right back to the way it was before.

It looks like the roller is not grabbing the 
sheets of paper. Not sure if that roller was 
switched during the maintenance kit but it looks 
new.  Also the small part under the roller may 
need to be replaced.

The maintenance kit was replaced recently to fix
the lines that were showing up on print jobs. 
However, after it was done, the printer started
having paper feeding problems.
1) It won't uptake smaller products such as labels
2) It will only feed from the tray, not the drawer.
