I can not tell you when he will be able to finish the setup and delivery but he should be contacting you soon to arrange for final deliver and setup. He has you as the point of contact for the setup. If you want to check on the status of the ticket or give him additional contact information you can give that to the Service Request Desk at 8-8925 and is under Service Request #51818. I have asked that they bring you a spare 19 inch display and usb keyboard and mouse as well for use with the laptop. Sarah Pettigrew	Sep 30, 2013 02:45 PM	NEW EQUIP SETUP: A MacBook Pro needs to be setup and delivered to Holli Howard-Carpenter in NPE 208. There are also 2 adapter cables with the macbook on the shelf. She also needs her spare 19" display and used USB keyboard and mouse for use with the laptop. The WOU # of the macbook is 20130383. The equipment is on the shelves across from the restroom in ITC 009.	Add Attachment
