Computer started up with no issues. Restarted it a few times 
trying to replicate error, but it never came up. Ran dell 
diagnostic to see if it could find anything wrong, but all tests 
came up clear. Asked Kathy to keep an eye on it in case the issue 
returns. It seems to be working today.

Hello there,
I am reporting the same computer as last time,
with the same error message ("No hard drive
detected").  The tower number is 20120866[Edit Inv], and the
monitor number is 20120869[Edit Inv].  It is located in West
House 101.  I am the contact person for this
computer issue, and my office is in West House 113.
Please let me know if you need any further
information.

Installed new hard drive and reimaged machine. 
Machine is now back in its place and fully functional.

Warrantied hard drive.  It will need to be
reimaged using the oobelab image once the hardware
fix takes place

We are again having problems with the same
computer in our small lab room, WH 101.  The tower
number is 20120866[Edit Inv].  It has given various error
messages, such as "Cannot find hard drive", and
something about rebooting.  I am the contact
person, and my office is across the hall, in West
House 113.
