Display was set to 4 bit color, lowest resolution, and incorrect 
screen orientation. The monitor was plugged into the side labeled 2 
on the splitter, moving it to side 1 corrected the problems.

They unhooked everything from the computer, put it
back together, but the computer won't load
properly.  It's opening in a low resolution,
update problems, etc.  They need someone to come
put it back together.
