the computer.

He is available today anytime but to call his
cellphone because he will be in another area.  He
is not on campus on monday but Lacey can let you
into his office.  Tuesday he is free 2-3.

adjuncts log onto. 

He said this is the same thing you did before 
just with a new computer.

Sent Dirk an email regarding the need for a data
port and let him know that I would be closing this
ticket in that email.  I have not heard from him
since that email, so I will be closing this ticket
now.  He will need to contact Telecom to get a
work order going for the port to be added and I
gave him the information to call in that same email.

Hello,

We were able to connect with the main receptionist
in Smith Hall and she was able to show us where
this computer is located.  Unfortunately, we did
not see any available data ports in that area.  In
order to allow for a domain connection, you will
need to work with Telecom to get access to a port.
 You can call Nicole or Tom at 88010 and they will
create a work order for this.  I will need to
close out the current ticket as a new one will be
created.  Please let me know if you have any
questions.

Shandelle tells me that in order to get to the room you need to 
go to 121, on the stage, and look behind a curtain.

In Smith Hall room 203 there is a recording studio
with a computer in it that only allows certain
teachers to log onto it. Dirk would like someone
to come in and have it were all students can log
onto it. The computer says that it is his main
office computer but that is a mistake in the
system. You do need a fob to get into this
building. You can contact him at anytime at
612-205-9170. He will either let you in or his
receptionist will.
