Shandelle Plasker	Oct 02, 2013 04:38 PM	Students Name: Julie Johnson She is located in Ed 101 as a TE-GTA and is having trouble connecting her computer. I went thru the steps with her to connected it and it says it is sending it to that printer but nothing happens. The printer connection is \\Krusty ED-Guppy. I did not no if I should have gotten the wou number for her computer or printer so I got both. Computer wou#-20101175 Printer wou#-20080297 She would like to be contacted by email.
