this scanner

Hi Karla,

I just wanted to check in on that scanner issue we
tried helping you with.  It looked as though there
was a licensing issue through Medicat and I was
wondering if you have been able to get in contact
with them.  They will be able to remotely connect
to your computer to help troubleshoot the issue. 
Please let me know if this issue has been resolved.

scanning issue.

Emailed Karla Wotage to see if Medicat has been
able to remotely connect to the machine and
reactivate the scanning software.  Waiting to hear
back.

Called Medicat and left a message to call back. 
They called back and I gave them Cryatal's
extension as I was going out on another task that
minute and couldnt head back down. Called Crystal
back to see what the status was with the Medicat
call, but she couldnt find anyone.  I had her
leave my number with those in that room.

Techs came over to setup the scanner and computer
last week, but today it has a red x over it and
won't connect.  They tried to do some
troubleshooting, but that didn't work.
