I have requested the reset on auth code:
e24b1130bc3b2463354d for the Disability Services
Laptop, I will let you know when it is received it
says allow up to one business day

All software installed. JAWS could not be activated, error code 106 
says I need to call or email FreedomScientific to request additional 
activations. Asked Tricia about what to do next.

Hello,

ODS houses a laptop at Hamersly Library which has
several accessible programs on it for students to
check out. Apparently, last year this specific
computers screen was damaged and needed to be
replaced. When this happened, the programs were
removed from it and they need to be replaced please.
