Shandelle Plasker	Oct 14, 2013 02:45 PM	When he goes to sign into his laptop he gets an error that says not a authorized user and it points to mash. He has restarted the laptop but that did nothing. He would like someone to come look at it. He has left his computer in NS room 104 with a lady named Janine.
