I check the Laptop that had problem connection the
internet. I realize that the switch that turn the
wireless on was actually in a off position. Just
turn it on. Now it works.

"No network connections available" on the
department laptop.  Another error: could not
connect some network drives.  The laptop is
available during business hours.  Call ahead.
