Tricia Flaherty	Oct 17, 2013 02:30 PM	**This is an email** Shelby, a) Laptop: 20110641 - so this has a DJ seat license(v4.9.8) that expires quarterly and I have to go generate new keys when it expires so if you are getting messages or expiration notices in the future just email me and I will look into it. By the way you have a total of three of these DJ seat licenses which are meant to be used with one station only, but only one is assigned to a laptop at this time. They allow you to have individual DJs with their own computer setups be able to broadcast at different times for 1 Station(KWOU) The latest reg key for W#20110641 EXPIRES FEB 24, 2014 REG Key: ZD83M - A4S7S - JZBKQ - G5T77 - F224N b) Desktop: 20090893 - This has the Official Sam Broadcaster Pro v4.9.8 license that never expires REG Key: PSUF2 - 8F25X - 8A9X7 - BV5PA - N9JTE As far as replacement cycle goes, it is usually a 3 to 4 year cycle. Equipment purchased in FY2009/2010 would have gone out of warranty by June 2013. We have just started replacing stations on campus with W#2009 tags that are a part of the General fund and we would suggest that you look towards funding replacement of that age of station over the next year since you are not part of general fund area.
