Changed some settings on the driver on Krusty that
were conflicting.  Tried printing a test page from
Word, PDF, and webpage.

One of the Professors just mentioned that the
printer will not print from the web either.  Just
giving you pieces to hopefully help pinpoint the
issue.  Thanks!

Hi Mylisa,

I changed something on the server side.  Can you
please try printing again and let me know from
what tray it prints?  Also, would the third tray
be the letterhead tray?

She called to say that it is not jamming but
pulling from the wrong tray.  And she is going to
order the kit for it as well.

Good morning!

We are having some difficulties with our Xerox
ColorQube this morning and my trouble shooting
skills are proving weak.  It does say we need a
new maintenance kit in 908 pages, but beyond that
it continues to pull from our letterhead tray
and/or not printing at all.  Help us please :)
