Lori asked me to troubleshoot Benjamin's monitor.
I realize that the DVI splitter pin was broken.In
so doing I change the Broken DVI cable with a new one.

I was able to find his location but we have no 
record of a phone for him. I have emailed him 
twice asking for him to send it to me but haven't 
heard back, I just emailed him again and will 
update this as soon/if I hear back. Sorry!

Whenever he tries to use his monitor, there is
always a pink color to it and it makes it hard to
read the screen.  He has tried messing with the
buttons but nothing seems to change.
