Her blue tooth wasn't on so her keyboard wasn't
connected. Did a software upgrade and explained to
her how to set up her keyboard again if she runs
into this issue in the future.

She is available Friday until 11:15am, and 2-4pm.
Monday she is available after 1pm. 
Updated to iOS7 and the keyboard isn't in sync and
will not work at all.
