She called back.  The errors still show up, but it
does allow her to print.  The main problem is that
it now feeds from Tray 1 and they need it to feed
from Tray 2.

No jam but resized tray to proper paper size and 
now it prints fine

They need print to this device often, and need it
resolved.

Printer is located in TRID Bick Room on the first
floor of TODD hall and it is TRI-Brick.
The printer is saying it has issues and then when
resolved it will give a different error message.
