The user was having issues connecting the pen to wifi, resulting in 
her inability to sync her pen to Evernote. Connected it to wifi and 
was able to sync her notes.

She bought the new Live scribe pen from the wou
bookstore. She has know problems with using it at
home but for some reason it will not allow her to
use it on her school computer.She would like
someone to come down and see if they can get it
working. She is available Mon and Wed 11AM to
1:30PM. She can come in on Tue and TR as well but
needs to set a time for it. You can contact her
