Hi UCS staff:

I would like to make a service request for our
KWOU mobile laptop again please.

For some odd reason, the laptop is still unable to
read SAM and broadcast, even though a UCS employee
input the new activation code into the equipment
recently.

Here is the WOU number: 20110641[Edit Inv] .

We will need it because we have a home football
game in two weeks.
