Laven and I went over earlier on a different task for her and solved 
it then by downloading the drivers for the printer and setting the 
printer up with those drivers. Tested it, works.

Went over, deleted and reconnected the printer. Test seemed to 
work fine, will call back tomorrow or friday to see if the issue is still 
going on.

Susan was not in, but I was told I could go take a look at the 
printer without her being there. Took over a laptop and tested it, 
it worked fine for me when I tested it. I was told it was not 
printing for Susan at all, and others are having issues with 
specific things like printing PDFS. The issue seems like it would 
be with the individuals computers and connection, rather than 
the printer itself.

Not only her but everyone else with a mac in the
Humanities division is not getting full service to
their new printer. Sometimes it will work just
fine but when it is not working it does the two
fallowing.

1. Will only print part or half of what they
wanted to print.
2.it will print in a different format that they
choose or having been printing with earlier.

She is available Mon/Wed/Fri-10Am to 11AM and
Mon/Wed-2PM to 3PM
