She was having problems with her local printer in
her office to print from her computer. I went
through the steps with her for adding a local
printer. It said it installed and made that
printer her default printer. We did a test print
and the printer is still not printing. It will say
that their is two documents waiting but nothing
prints.In the system the printer goes by MF659
series.She needs this done as soon as possible to
be able to get her work done on time.

She is only on campus Mondays and Wednesdays. She
would like to be emailed to set up a time for
someone to come in.
